Bookings

All events require a booking fee of £25.00 to be taken at the time of booking.

All final balances must be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to event	100%
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to event	75%
Cancellation less than 7 days to 1 day prior to event	50%

No refund can be provided if cancellation occurs on the day of event.

Balloon Central are dedicated to ensuring that we are on time for all of our bookings, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic problems or weather.   Balloon Central will contact clients on the numbers provided if unforeseen problems occur.

Any items that have been damaged may result in us having to issue an additional replacement charge.

Balloon Central reserves the right to alter decorations where necessary if original design is unsuitable at the venue on the day.

The privacy of your financial details is one of our highest priorities. Balloon Central will keep NO record of any credit or debit cards used to pay for our services.  Once payment has been taken, all card details will be destroyed.

If the event is outdoors Balloon Central will not be held responsible for balloons being damaged as a result of the weather conditions.

Any changes to a balloon decoration/delivery must be notified to Balloon Central in writing 14 days before the event.  Failure to do so may result in the changes required not being carried out.

Balloon decoration is purely for decorative purposes only, and Balloon Central is not liable for any misuse of balloons.

Balloon Central will not be held liable for any damage caused by balloons once decoration/delivery is completed.

All children under 6 years must be supervised when using balloons.  “Warning! children under the age of 8 can choke or suffocate on un-inflated balloons.

Keep un-inflated balloons away from children.  Discard broken balloons at once.

Upon receipt of booking fee you have agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
