Balloon Central is based in Billericay, Essex.

It all started when 2 friends, Liz and Mandy, were decorating a birthday party for a friend at a local venue, and ended with the decision to help put a smile on more peoples faces.

We also add the personal touch, with hand made balloon weights and if required hand decorated foil balloons.
